I want to install Ubuntu 9.X on its own hard drive but it wants to load onto an existing drive that is the first to boot. Does anyone know how to install onto a fresh drive that is not "Disk 0"? ](*,) I try but it wants to, no, insists on, installing on Drive 0, my main OS drive.
I could temporarily disconnect the other drives, but would prefer a workaround. I don't need a boot manager as the BIOS is my manager.
