Good multi-tab ssh client for Windows?

I've yet to find a good, free SSH client for Windows. Putty works, but it doesn't have near the features of, say, gnome-terminal.

Any suggestions?

It's a 3 yr old thread, but has some decent suggestions.

The only ones I know of are PuTTY and SecureCRT.
