Pulse in Lucid?

Considering that PulseAudio is the default and preferred sound system for Ubuntu, and has been for some time, can we *please* get the pulseaudio support patches into Lucid?

They have been working fine for a year or so with no negative effects that I could find, but a lot of improvements in functionality and even stability (compared to WineAlsa+PluseAudio ALSA emulation).

I think not going to hapend since wine supposed to drop support from all sound systems and turn to openal only, or so I did understand on http://yokozar.org/blog/archives/178, I may be wrong thou.
