How can i install Win7 in my Sun Virtual Box on Ubuntu 9.10

I got Windows 7 problems.!;)
I always have the same problem when i activate Win7 from a bootloader
And iam tired of reintalling it, i only use it to program on Visual Basic & SQL
So maybe i can install it on a Sun Virtual Box.
But i dont know how to? And iam not sure if i can install a Windows 7 RC? Will it give me any problems like on activating the key or something?
