Cairo-dock and WiNE

Anytime I run WoW in Wine, cairo-dock hides under all windows and will not stay on top no matter what I do even with "Always on Top," which I don't want to use anyway. It still pops up from autohide, but I can't see it with a maximized window.

Thoughts?

Cairo-dock has a option to keep below open windows
with out auto hiding it unless that's the way you
want it.What version on Cairo dock are you using?
I upgraded to 2.1.3-7 it has open gl dock there is
a lot of you tube video's here (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WD6iShjEogE&feature=related).
