Final Decision For Ubuntu 10.04 LTS Window Controls (with a twist)

it seems mark shuttlewoth announced that the window controls will remain on the left, but no like they are now:


Mark Shuttleworth announced seconds ago that the Metacity window controls will remain on the left in Ubuntu 10.04 LTS (Lucid Lynx), however the order will change to: close, minimize, maximize.

I really hope this is no joke. As a former Mac user, I'd love this, and the current order is crap...

Hopefully maximise will change to zoom ;)

hopefully it stays like that , its the most sensible place to put them as the user will mainly be going over to the applications/places/system menu anyway
