installing gcc-3.2.3 on ubuntu9.04

I installed gcc-3.2.3, and got the patch from http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-help/2008-07/msg00077.html

I still bumped into this error:
/usr/bin/ld: error in /home/chiab/gcc/gcc/crtend.o(.eh_frame); no .eh_frame_hdr table will be created.

Can someone help me? Please.
