inquiry about Ubuntu Installer for Windows

my inquiry:
1- definitely I can chose the local D: rather than Local C (my windows already installed in C)
2-and I have data in E and F ?("are I lost it after installation the ubuntu in D ?")
or the ubuntn operate in domain D only

Wubi installs Ubuntu in the same manner as installing any other program within Windows. It creates a file folder within whichever partition you choose and stores all of its files and folders within that one folder. It does not need it's own partition.
