Switches To Power Save Mode during Installation Windows 7

ON a Windows 7 Home Premium edition, from a 9.10 iso, booting shows up an error. My system goes into a power save mode and installation hangs.

Tried WUBI with the similar result.

Any ideas to overcome this.
btw am non-techy.
