Boot Screen Shows GRUB

I'm new to Ubuntu. Loaded the OS using the Windows Installer as recommended in Smart Computing. When the system finished loading and I rebooted into Ubuntu the screen showed GRUB... Can't figure out how to load Ubuntu from the GRUB screen.
Any help would be great

When you say windows installer is this the wubi install?
