And that largely depends on what new "form" the "reform" puts us in, doesn't it.

So suppose Doctor Ducky tells me I have colon cancer, and that information goes on my electronic records, but I have my doubts, and want it independently confirmed (maybe by several different, independent clinics)
Fortunately, however none of those clinics actually have to do any independent work or thinking, because our wonderful electronic "e-health" system has already told them the verdict: I have colon cancer, and nothing less that 50K in procedures will do.
So I don't think this is a good thing, it is replacing "common sense" with "the computer made me do it".
