google-chrome hangs w/ LXDE

I have been an avid fan of Ubuntu for over a year now. I have discovered LXDE for my Acer One netbook. Only problem I have is that google-chrome hangs loading any page. I end up getting the Kill window because something stops loading. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks...

you men where you can see like half the page then it just stops. that annoyed me to, you'll get less of that using chromium, use the latest from ppa.

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:chromium-daily

i've had enough, i decided to take a break from chromium/chrome, give it more time to mature, let the bugs get worked out, installed firefox yesterday & using that.

i'm using lubuntu, are you using lubuntu?
