Hi all. I have currently installed Xubuntu via wubi on my windows XP. When I try to boot, it displays an error message stating that wubildr.mbr is missing or corrupt and I cannot boot into xubuntu. Any ideas? Thanks!:D

Sounds like a faulty wubi install. I would suggest trying again or you can add the wubildr line to the boot.ini file. I have not had to mess with it from experience...just based on what i know of wubi. See here for help: Wubi (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/WubiGuide)

The problem is the following: I have tried Ubuntu in the past, but Wubi couldn't be unnistalled, so I formated the drive and manually erased the entry in add/remove programs. Now I try to install Xubuntu, on Windows XP via Wubi, and a boot entry is created, but empty. How can I fix this?
