According to myriad posts all over the Net, commercial Quanta Gold has more features than open source Quanta Plus.
Nobody mentions what these benefits actually are. I asked the Quanta Gold developers and received this in reply:
... The program scales much bigger with no performance issues for one, but it's been years since I've looked at Quanta Plus, so I can't really give you a side by side.
Really? I haven't had performance issues and "scales much bigger" doesn't tell me anything.
Can anyone enlighten me? Is it worth paying for Quanta Gold?
