No hour change

This last night, hour has been changed to adjust to summer timetable, at two o'clock it will be three o'clock.

I thought ubuntu karmic koala (fully updated) would change automatically the hour of my system, but I had to change it manually.

¿Is this the correct behaviour?

We set our's ahead last week and it updated by itself. I do sync with time servers though.

I also had in system --> administration --> hour and date, configuration: mantaining syncronized with internet servers, and had ticked a server from France canon.inria.fr (Rocquencourt, France), but the hour didn't automatically changed....¿¿¿¿????
