is ti possible to install ubuntu inside vista using wubi?
because i was not able to install ubuntu inside windows 7 using wubi!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Should be. But depends on your system configuration and hardware.

In N0ndix's link are comments by meierfra. There have been so many questions that he has posted a page on the fix. This solves the main issue with Win7 or Vista.

I have a Wubi Ubuntu 9.10 installed inside of Vista and so far it is working well.
