Hello i buy a book from site-point called "build your own database driven website with PHP and mysql"
I am at the installation part of mysql at some point i am told to make a link i folow the instruction 100% but for some reason its telling me that the folder dosent exist.
i use 9.10 version of ubuntu and this is the code. maybe someone can help
root@John:/usr/local# ln -s mysql-5.1.45-linux-i686 mysql
root@John:/usr/local# cd mysql
bash: cd: mysql: No such file or directory
root@John:/usr/local# ls
bin games lib mysql sbin src
etc include man mysql-5.1.45-linux-i686-glibc23 share
