Hi All,

I would like to install cli mode of ubuntu which I have customized for my old computer but I come to know that ubiquity will work with any one of Desktop environment. I checked the ubiquity script from this path /usr/lib/ubiquity/bin/ubiquity.

due to that issue I tried to make dd of my cli distro everything went fine but grub setup did not work for the boot partion. I followed the below link for grub setup. but in vain I got error:15 file nor found.

Please help me to do it. I have also tried ubuntu minimal live cd. But it does not suit for my need.

Thanks & regards
Venkat Raman

Hi All,

I have solved the issue by myself.I have transfered the dd image to the target and completed grub set up.
