Monitor resolution set too low

Hey, I'm new to ubuntu, and just got wubi so I could try it out. My resolution is set wrong, and when i go in to the desktop options, the highest resolution is 800 x 600, and i need a bit higher, Im not sure how to set it higher than that? I would just give up, but i jsut got it installed and want to try.

You will need to install video card drivers for your computer. There are a lot of threads on here asking the same question you are. Use the search bar at the top left or Google to search for your answer. Ubuntu makes it very easy for new Linux users to install drivers.
