Dual Boot Problems

So I just installed Ubuntu 9.10 with the wubi.exe download for windows on my HP Tablet. I chose a 30GB partition. Everything was fine up until that point and it asked me to reboot the system to finish the install. I rebooted, put in my PGP password, it then came to the menu to choose either Windows XP or Ubuntu and that seemed to go fine, except the screen just goes blank and it doesn't boot up.

Any solutions?
