I have a small issue with my ubuntu 9.10 I ran klamav and scanned desktop and system folder through klamav; I ran klamav through command line with sudo command so it could scan some system systems files it did not have access before. Next morning I woke up I saw that klamav found a few suspicous files and move them to quarantine I restarted the computer and now desktop flashed on and off and all icons are gone. Is their a way to go through the command with klamav and restore quarantined files through command line? Or if anyone has any other ideas I am all ears.
