I have Hauppauge HVR 1600. Not always, but sometimes the TV stream is jerky or jumpy. Sometimes the playback is good even though the stream was jerky. Other times the playback is also jerky. If the stream was good the playback is good.
I read that streaming through a tv tuner card uses no pc resources. So why do I have the jerkiness and how do I stop it?
