Hello all,this is my first post,i really need your help!
I've changed my 1.8'' hitachi drive(that died on me) with an cf card(sillicon power 16 gb 200x).The cf is inserted in a 44 pins cf to ide adapter.
I decided to leave bill's os's behind try something new for me.
My machine is an thinkpad x41 (1866 - 4eg)tablet with 1.5 intel,1.5 gb ram
I've created a live usb stick,the cf was fat 32 formatted under dos.
The install went fine,i've installed ubuntu as single os,after rebooting, ubuntu started loading (logo is shown)but i'm gettinthi error:
Filesystem check failed.
A maintenance shell will now be started.
Control D will terminate this shell and re-try.
Segmentation fault hit: mountall - shell main process(414)terminated with status 139.
[ 17.715275]init[1]:segfault at fdb4728 ip 00fd9068 sbfb 9a570 error 6 in 1d - 2.10.1. so[fd3000+1b000]
init:caught segmentation fault,core dumped
[ 17.715876] Kernel panic - not syncing : Attemped to kill init...!
I have tryed several installs and the result is the same.
Please help!
