Search installation 15%

Try on ubuntu 8, 9, 10 releases on second install of system i chose format partition etc different modes (ext3,4) all stop on search installation on 15% and use HDD very strong. (I leave 1 day to searching) maybe someone tell my problem.
Normal system :
AMD 64 6400+ Dual Core whit a loot memory.

If you boot the LiveCD, does that work?

In my view, there could be something wrong with your harddrive. Try and format the harddrive yourself, using System > Administration > Partition Editor

And see what happens there

Thanks i fix this problem is a hardware error second memory crash (1Gb + 1Gb) i remove memory and work, but very interesting this memory have no error on BIOS test or win systems (Zeppelin 1G/667)
