synce install problem 9.10

i was trying too install synce,but was having problems.iam using this guide.

i try too add the software source,but it always comes up with an error.here is the code i use:

deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/synce/ubuntu karmic koala main

and this is the error:

GPG error: http://ppa.launchpad.net karmic Release: The following signatures couldn't be verified because the public key is not available: NO_PUBKEY B152F042D246C25DFailed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/synce/ubuntu/dists/karmic/koala/binary-i386/Packages.gz 404 Not Found
Some index files failed to download, they have been ignored, or old ones used instead.

I tried following the link you gave, it reports as a dead link.

There is a How-To over at Ubuntu Geek, their How To's are pretty good, so I'd suggest following that one.
