Hey guys what do you love about ubuntu (apps and other options) and why?:popcorn:

I actually listed some of my favorite music players (http://opentechblog.com/2010/03/5-really-good-music-players-for-linux/) earlier today. :)

Other applications that I use and like would, among many others, be Firefox, Google Chrome, Empathy, Gwibber, XChat, Wine, GEdit and OpenOffice.

There's an entire world of music players for you to dig into!

I'm actually barely scraping the surface in that article. Have a look in the Ubuntu Software Center, and you're bound to find some interesting players. :)

Mocp is very underrated, but it's a console based music player, and most likely an acquired taste. :D

The most productive app I have found though, is gnome-do.
