...what do you use your windows keys for?
Personally I have set up them to "switch workspace left" and "switch workspace right".

System->Settings->Keyboard shortcuts.

Same here.

I'd love to get SGI keyboard or something without those ugly logos.. My other keyboard is made for Linux, it has nice diamonds instead of windows logos. But it's US layout, and that makes writing in finnish a bit hard.. Altough most unix programs are way easier to use with US layout. :/

There is a Cherry Linux Keyboard, that has Tux instead of the Windows flag. It was reviewed in Linux Format a while back.

What I like to use it for, when it works: http://www.gnomefiles.org/app.php?soft_id=1231

Since Superswitcher is broken on my Dapper (only after running gnome-settings-daemon, though) currently, I use them for nothing. Had global keyboard shortcuts with super/win keys some time ago, though.

When I switch to Linux I'll probably set it to open up my Applications menu like it would open up the Start menu on Windows.

EDIT: Wait, I don't think Window Maker has that kind of menu, so I don't know what I'll do with it.

win+z to win+b = amaroK controls
win+e starts konqueror in / (like in windows)
win+` and win+shift+` = 3ddesktop controls
win+w and wind+shift+w = desktopwaves control
3ddesktop and desktopwaves are just to amaze my XP friends ;)
Once I upgrade to dapper there will be many things I can do with this key (XGL in mind) \\:D/

Win+Z,X,C,V,B is reserved for amaroK (previous track, play, pause, stop, next track, respectively)
Win+ "+" and "-" (both numpad and regular keys) for volume up/down in amaroK
Win+Space to launch the K Menu wherever my mouse pointer is (thank you DCOP)
Win+K = Konqueror
Win+D = Show Desktop
Win+T = Konsole (terminal)
Win+S = Synaptic
Win+F = Find Files/Folders (Now where did I get that idea from? :D)

I'm planning on making a small Tux sticker to put on the two Windows key, so that I won't have to say Win+something. Then I will say
Tux+K, Tux+T, etc. :D
