want compiz run at startup on Kubuntu

i try install Kubuntu but when i use compiz for 3D effect i use fusion icon for change window manager .
but when i shutdown and startup again compiz not working i not
understand why when i use on ubuntu it's can use 3D effect all time how i can use command for use compiz 3D effect all time when startup ?

You'll simply have to tell it to, in System Settings -> Default Applications -> Window Manager. You may have to install the compiz-wrapper script if Compiz doesn't appear in the drop-down list.
