I am looking to upgrade my motherboard in order to support more memory. Which integrated graphics would offer better driver support for Linux: Intel GMA G31 / G43 or nVidia 7050?

I it just says nVidia 7050. I thought I remember reading that Intel Open-sourced their graphics drivers. That would allow Linux to develop the best drivers.
