CCC in Xubuntu 9.10

I'm running Xubuntu 9.10 as of today. I have an ATI 4870. After installing my video driver and rebooting there is a border around the outside of my screen. I fixed this in Ubuntu by opening up Catalyst and adjusting my Overscan (I think that's what it's called.) I can't find anything to fix the problem inside my fresh Xubuntu.
