This is the perfect phone I can't find with google:

Not expensive (less than 100€ or 200$)
Does not get broken easily
Long battery life (even in -30°C)
Small and lightweight
Not needed: Camera, MP3/music, accelerometer, 3d acceleration, GB's of storage, big (color) screen
Silent keypad/keyboard or touchscreen
Doesn't look old

Most modern mobile phones are expensive, have short battery life, get easily broken and have lots of useless features, such as camera.

The old phones are cheap and can take lots of punishment but they are big, clumsy, heavy, look ugly and got usually short battery life too.

So do you have any suggestions, which brand and model?

Points 3, 4 and 7 depend on 1. Remove 1 and you can have all of this, though Number 2 is a problem.

The maximum price is 100€/200$.

By small I dont meant tiny. I don't want a 2mm thin phone, just small enough to fit nicely in my pocket. Most modern phones are small enough.

Long battery life, low cost and small size is achieved by dropping the useless features out. Radio, bluetooth, web browser, media player, camera, everything (except calculator).

Screen can be B/W or 16-bit, I don't care. And if the guts are smaller (cpu, memory, mobo), then the case can be thicker.

I don't want it to look like a phone from last decade or senior model. Black plastic/rubber case doesn't cost much I think.

Tocco Lite was AWESOME! Only reason i got a new phone was due to the need for WiFi and 3g. Get one of these rubber thingys for it and it will take all the punishment you can deal it :

Battery life was great, it had features but skimmed down (tocco lite... Sorta in name.... hehehe).

Ooo semi on topic... Saw this phone the other day....

Funny you should ask that so am I .

The wheels on a Wheel chair are not iPhone friendly. I dropped mine and ran over the sodding thing . Its dead . Poor thing , and so young.

I am thinking one with a qwerty keyboard anyone experienced with Blackberry or Nokia ?

On a qwerty keyboard one, im having fun with the Samsung Genio Slide (Corby Pro). Got it for £100 on vodafone pay as you go. Its basic compared to all the nokias and stuff but has wifi, bluetooth, works fine, feels good to type with one used to it (i have big thumbs so fumble a lot on tiny keys, Samsung Genio Slide is just the right size for me).

Its not available here . My understanding is its CDMA only and not compatible with our GSM Networks.Don't quote me though , I am not a Cellular expert at all.

I dont know if these phones are available in your area. I am not sure if they are even compatible with your network. Here is my list:

Nokia 1661
MOTO W233 Renew (Motorola green in some areas)
Moto W388 Renew+
Sony Ericsson Naite

hope it helps!

edit: look for them on ebay or mobile stores around your area.
edit2: here is a link for extremely cheap phones:http://www.factorydirect.ca/catalog/category_list.php?cat=7121

you can also visit the following places for old phones: Goodwill, The Salvation army and value village (where available!)

I would tell you that any nokia phone will do it. They are usually very durable and last a long time. And the entrée models are usually free with contract or not that expensive if you buy them

I got me a Samsung Soltice and i am happy with that, but that is already a messaging phone and mght be an overkill for your use.
