Hi,

I had older version of ubuntu in my dell laptop which also had windows vista 32 bit. I removed the older version and planning to install ubuntu 9.10 64 bit version now.

My laptop has intel Core2Duo 2.2 GHz processor and 4GB ram. But still I have the 32bit version of windows vista.

Will there be any compatibility issues if I have both Ubuntu 64 bit vista 32 bit on the same machine?

Thanks

They are independent, I am running XP-32 bit and Karmic 64bit on my dual core machine.

I think I did see where someone had issues with trying to run 64 bit in a virtual box that was hosted by 32 bit system, but that is a special install and I did not see if they resolved that or not.
