problem with compiz cube failed to load slide ubuntu.png

i'm installing elementsinstall.sh on lucid and i'm getting this:
Warn: Failed to load slide: /usr/share/gdm/themes/Human/ubuntu.png

i have manualy installed human theme but still no luck and i have not found the file on the computer so what is the problem?
