Window header on the side?

How can I manage to move the window header to the side of the window like in WM2 and the Kwin theme "Bespin"? I would prefer to be able to do this in openbox, but I am open to all help to gain this feature. See pic for details.

Can you please post a link to a picture showing this in "Bespin"?
Because I've never seen this and don't believe it's possible..

Just go to the window decoration's settings -> layout and select that netbook option. I cannot show a screenshot, as I dont have KDE or bespin.
