I like the new version a lot, much nicer track control. Also fixed a bug in the lyric display :) Its cool :D

It's awesome. The new main toolbar is awesome, and I love how you can put the panels in tabs now, so I have mine nice and compact. With KDE 4.4 you can use the equalizer, which makes me now 100% satisfied with Amarok. Great stuff.

you could always put the panels in tabs....

I really like the new amarok 2.30 but I'm still using v1.49 cause I really need the script "Lyric Id3" to read and save tags id3 in amarok.
If you think it is missing the something like that maybe ask for in whishlist in https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=247899
