I always turn off all apps before shutdown. Recently I turned off with apps running. Now they all start again even after week. They're all "frozen" in state I left them weeks ago. Biggest problem is that EVOLUTION is completely frozen and there is nothing I can do.

- Is there a configuration file in ubuntu which remembers session ?

If there is - do you think that deleting it will help ?

I actually solved the problem by using method from other problem.

I turned off all applications and went to System -> Preferences -> Startup Application -> Options -> Remeber Currently-Running Application and unclicked Automatically remember running apps before log out.

That had soled problem.
