The only fluxbox based distro I know are Lunar Linux and Linux Mint 8 Fluxbox edition.
I don't know how light Lunar is, and it's not as easy as Linux Mint.

But Linux Mint Fluxbox edition, is not very light. :/

Only thing I can recommend is what was listed above, Ubuntu minimal, then add xorg and fluxbox, it doesn't take long at all really.

Well I know Lunar is source based.

I'm assuming you don't like source based? Or just don't prefer it.

Actually I use gentoo, It's just that it takes longer to setup is all.

I went through some of the installation in Virtualbox, and it has a pre-compiled kernel and everything. I never bothered with it again because I was in a bad mood that day. I don't know the minimum requirements either.

I found this though, maybe it'll help:

Didn't really read the whole thing.

EDIT: Thought that was ram. That's just determining by the .iso size. :/

I just looked intro tinyme. It runs nicely on 64mb of ram, and it looks very nice:
150349
Not exactly fluxbox, but pretty good!

TinyMe plays nice with 64mb ram? I never thought about installing it on mine with those specs. ):

Thought it would be too heavy.

I guess unused ram is ram wasted. :)
