So today I downloaded ubuntu-9.10-netbook-remix-i386. I installed it "inside windows" so I am not getting the GRUB menu until I click on "Ubuntu Netbook Remix" in my Boot menu.
However when i go to boot "ubuntu Netbook Remix" i get the following:
"
GNU GRUB version 1.97~beta4
[ Minimal BASH-like line editing is supported. For the first word, TAB lists possible command completions. Anywhere else TAB lists possible device/file completions. ]
sh:grub>
"
Now I have searched a few other threads with a similar story but mine does not seem to be the same as the ones in the posts. Whether this is because mine more recent release or not I do not know.
Help please. I am new to this and just want to get it running :(
