View Full Version : [ubuntu] Access machine running liveCD without keyboard

OK. Trying to install ubuntu 9.10 of a LiveCD (USB key) and I have the machine booting to the ubuntu desktop.

I had hopped I could then ssh into the machine, set up x11vnc and start the installation process, unfortunately this is not the case. Both telnet and ssh ports do not connect. This can be expected for security reasons.

How can I simply make a Telnet or SSH server start up by editing the live cd (of usb key) ?

I am loading the live cd via kexec in atv-bootloader so I can pass extra params to kexec
