Kill panel, kill fish.
It was not on panel. It was swimming all over the desktop. But I killed it with fire.

He has been swimming around my screen for 2 days now! It was annoying at first but I can't kill the little guy, we've been through so much together.

I was hoping this was going to be a thread about culling actual fish.
That would be a two-step process. You'll have to evaluate its intelligence first prior to actual termination of said fish.
