rtorrentweb instllation issue

I posted this on http://rtorrentweb.com/forum/setup/issue_installing_11.0.html but it's a new forum and theres not alot of people there, so I figured I would post here also.

I'm trying to install rtorrent, and everything goes thru fine but it is not giving me a username and password to log in, their blank. I have tried my username and password but that doesn't seem to work. I have removed the database file in car/local/rtorrentweb but that doesn't seem to fix it.
Also I was wondering if I could get some more info on the installation. Specifically when it is asking for paths...
I store my unfinished torrents in /home/john/Downloads/Unfinished and I store my torrent files in /home/john/Downloads/Torrents. should I be using those paths when it is asking for:

Web directory [/var/www/rtorrentweb/]? (prolly not)

rTorrentWeb directory [/usr/local/share/rtorrentweb/]? (maybe my torrent directory?)

Data directory [/var/local/rtorrentweb/]? (my Unfinished directory?)

URL to WWW dir [http://192.168.1.109/rtorrentweb/]? (http://192.168.1.109/rtorrentweb/%5D?) (prolly best to leave this alone)

Web server username [www-data]? (could I change this to 'john')

rTorrent username [root]? (or should this be 'john')
