How to attach an icon to application in ~/bin folder

Good day everyone.
I'm curious about one thing.
I manually installed Eclipse IDE into /opt/ folder, and created symbolic link of eclipse run script to /usr/local/bin. Works fine. I start every program from kupfer (gnome-do alternative). And when i type "eclipse" in it its shown like script file, and i want to attach icon to it. Maybe somebody know how can i do it?
