Reinstall ubuntu in Windows 7

My Ubuntu Remex Notebook had been install in windows7 by wubi, I want to reinstall it to solve some problems, but how to save my personal files in Downlads folder?

You could copy the files somewhere safe, reinstall and copy the files back. Simple.

I deleted some files that important to the Ubuntu, so I could not get into it and copy the files in Ununtu, no problem with Win7
