Hi,
i've downloaded and installed ubuntu 9.10 (64bit) using Wubi on win seven(x86)(with the "loader Extr.me" ). (The PC is an amd 64 x2)

At first restart appears the dualboot, I choose ubuntu but appears this message:
Try (hd0, 0) NTFS5: No wubildr

After one minute:

Try (hd0,1) invalid or null
Try (hd0, 2) invalid or null
Try(hd0, 3) invalid or null
Try (fd0): invalid or null
and then:

Error: Cannot find GRLDR in all devices. Press Ctrl + alt + del to restart.
And it stops.
Someone can help me?
Thanks.

Hi,

There is an answer for wubidr on this forum, it has to do with replacing your current file with a
downloaded fixed file. I've seen it in 3 threads, use search forums.

Thanks,
but i've run chkdsk /r, and now the error is "could not find the iso /ubuntu/install..."

so I downloaded the fixed file "wubildr" but now the error is: "sh:grub"
