When I upgrade the OS Ubuntu 9.04 to 9.10 it asks to insert the CD.

I would like to download directly from the Internet and Upgrade.

Go to System > Administration > Software Sources and make sure all the checkboxes for what can be downloaded from the internet and un-check the CD option.

It says as No such File or Directory when trying to mount to cdrom0
