Problem with Conky autostarting in Karmic using Fluxbox

Hi all,

Having a little problem using Fluxbox in Karmic getting Conky to start automagically.

Have put 'conky &' in the '/.fluxbox/startup' file, but when the desktop loads up i have to go into the menu and choose 'restart' to reset fluxbox to make conky actually appear.

I have no idea why this is happening, its obviously loading...everything else in the startup file works perfectly aswell, whether its called before or after conky.

Any help is much appreciated! If you need any more info, let me know.

Hey, I have the same issue and incidentally, I am also on Karmic. I've added conky to my startup file, but it doesn't load on start up. I have to start it manually.

Any ideas?
