How do I add network drivers to a ubuntu alternate install CD? The network driver (Atheros AR8132 Gigabit Ethernet on a new Acer netbook) is not being detected by the 9.10 alternate install CD, and because of that, I cannot install with a preseed.cfg over my local network.
Where do I put the drivers on the CD to have them loaded during the network detection process?
I know I can put the preseed on the CD, but I am creating a process that installs multiple packages from an internally networked mirror, and I can't manage to do that without having a working network card.
Thanks in advance.
