Hey fellers~

I switched my mobo, from a stock HP 735n to the one that came in my old emachines (emachines mobo had better integrated gpu)
Before I switched to ubuntu i was using win XP. IN XP too my sound wouldn't work on emachines mobo, but would when i put in the hp.
Now that i have linux, i again cannot get the sound to work. I made sure its unmuted, and i selected the correct hradware device in sound properties (i think)

Is it the mobo????

Any Advice?

After typing: sudo lshw -C snd
