[Perl] CPAN package manager for Ubuntu?

I've been using Activeperl on windows, and the package manager (forgot the exact name of it) is quite convenient, and helped me keep check of the CPAN modules I installed.
Is there an equivalent for Ubuntu? (I want GUI :P)
