fluxbox arabic language problem

hello brothers,

i have ubuntu 9.10 and used to install blackbox on it, it was great
now i see that that box does not support arabic chars :(

can somebody help me to get over this?

Checkout your locale and make sure it is set to your language.

$locale

I had the same problem as my box was set to English.
